How we handle your information

What we collect

When you use our contact, pledge, sponsorship or volunteer forms, we collect the information you choose to enter, usually your name, email address, and any message or donation amount you provide.

How we use it

We use this information only to respond to your message, follow up on a donation pledge, or keep you updated about YAEC if you've asked us to. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.

Who sees it

Submissions are emailed straight to our team at Yes and Amen Education Centre, and a backup copy is kept privately on our web server so nothing gets lost. We do not share your details with third parties except where necessary to process a gift (for example, if you choose to give through GoFundMe, their own privacy policy applies to that transaction).

Photos and names of pupils

It is our policy to only publish a child's photo or first name on this site with the knowledge and consent of their parent or guardian. If you are a parent or guardian and have a concern about a photo or name currently shown on this site, please contact us and we will look into it and act promptly, including removing content while we confirm consent.
